An expanding client list and increasing workload have resulted in the need for a property litigation solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to join this highly ranked Top 20 law firm. This well-established Leeds based team comprises of over 20 fee-earners and support staff as part of the wider national 100 strong real estate practice group. The team has grown considerably over the last 5 years and this additional hire comes at an exciting point in its plans. You will have access to an impressive and high profile client base from the outset. Joining at solicitor level, you will have full exposure to high calibre property litigation work from day one to include landlord and tenant disputes, contract purchase disputes, drafting of S25 and S26 notices, service of break notices and advice regarding terms of leases and licences. Applications will be considered from solicitors circa 2-5 years' PQE with experience in property litigation and, ideally, telecommunications law. Alternatively, you may be a commercial litigation solicitor with experience in commercial property transactions and a strong desire to specialise in property litigation.
