Commercial Property Solicitor, 3 years PQE, Leeds, To c£60,000, Regional Law Firm JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: At least 3 years LOCATION: Leeds THE ROLE: The team work across all areas of Commercial Property, acting on behalf of tenants, landlords, builders and lenders. The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will managing their own varied caseload of transactional matters and will also be expected to actively contribute to marketing and business development activities. The Firm provides ongoing training and the opportunity to handle a broad range of commercial property matters. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law. You will be technically strong with a demonstrable commercial flair. The successful candidate will be driven and professional with the ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and their fellow team members.
