Overview
I am currently working on a well-established Residential Conveyancing sustainable firm who won "Best Conveyancing firm" in 2019. I have worked with this Conveyancing firm in the past placing 3 other Conveyancers in their new role last year. The firm are looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers to join the expansion which is on place as well as offering the business improvement in their Conveyancing department. This role also offers home based working opportunity with a bonus scheme included for their Residential Conveyancers. Duties and responsibilities Handling a varied caseload of residential property files (including sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold transactions, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, equity) Managing approximately 100 files Delivering efficient and high-quality client care Working with the support of an administrative and post completion team Being able to manage a large caseload Benefits Medical Cover Onsite parking Travel assistance Income Protection Insurance Training contracts Learning and Development Eye care vouchers If you are keen to be considered for this Residential Conveyancing opportunity, please send me your CV for immediate review.
