Overview
An excellent opening has arisen for a commercial and advisory solicitor to join a top 100 commercial law firm and make an impact This dynamic Bristol office is looking for a solicitor to join the Commercial and Infrastructure Department to focus on advisory and commercial work in the health sector. You will be a solicitor from NQ-2 PQE joining a highly respected team at the forefront of health advisory and commercial work nationally. You will be working closely with senior lawyers to provide advice to NHS clients and some independent sector health clients. The wider commercial healthcare team advises on a range of projects that include the delivery of new hospitals, health and social care facilities and NHS estate redevelopment. As part of your role, you will be assisting the team in advising on a wide range of issues including the operation of health providers and commissioners, statutory powers and regulation and pharmaceutical and governance issues. This Bristol based role would be suited to a solicitor with a passion to learn and excel and who has an interest in the health sector.
