Legal 500 firm in Essex seeks a motivated Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary on a full-time, permanent basis. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented legal secretary to join our client’s thriving dispute resolution team located in Ilford. The successful applicant will provide first-class support at partner level, whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism. Responsibilities • Audio typing • Formatting/amending litigation documents • Preparing bundles • Filing/maintaining up to date records • Arranging meetings • General administrative duties • Liaising with clients and other professionals The Candidate • Legal secretaries with a minimum of two years’ experience • Experience in dispute resolution and/or civil litigation is required • Demonstrate exceptional organisational and administrative abilities • IT proficiency is essential • Excel in communication both verbally and written The Firm Our client is a successful, multi-office Legal 500 practice providing a wide range of services to individual and commercial clients on a national basis.
