I’m looking for an impressive B2C eCommerce Manager to join two stunning brands and lead a team to success through delivering the best possible online experience. What you'll be doing This is truly an end-to-end role that will require a blend of strategic input and hands-on delivery across the full customer journey. You’ll take ownership of two eCommerce sites in the UK and internationally, managing a team to deliver a first-rate online experience, ensuring sites are performing across trading, customer acquisition, conversion and retention, consistently driving growth. One day you could be focusing on eCommerce trading strategy (is the site merchandised effectively, where can I upsell similar lines to increase average order value?). The next, working with Marketing to optimise organic and paid digital channels. Or analysing the customer journey and identifying trends through A/B testing in order to increase conversions and improve ROI. You'll work at pace and relish the opportunity to work on the full customer journey for two amazing brands, what's not to like? What experience you'll need Solid track record in eCommerce gained within a B2C retail environment. Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and functionality, ideally with experience of working on Magento platforms. Analytical and excited about using data to drive strategy and seeing the amazing results it can generate. Strong commercial acumen and market awareness. Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building skills and the ability to influence. A confident self-starter, able to work autonomously and within teams.
