Ecommerce Merchandiser | Consumer Fashion Goods | Banbury | £25,000 - £30,000 | Benefits Ref: ZR_84a_JOB About the Highlights: A brand-new eCommerce Merchandiser role is available with a fashion consumer branded goods business that's doing phenomenally well With an excellent employee satisfaction score, this family-feel environment makes everyone feel valued and actually want to go to work This role is brand new with a chance for progression both within the role as you carve out the job description and then also growth within the company itself The growth of these brands over the last decade is extremely impressive and the plans although ambitious, are absolutely achievable with the right talent on board - hopefully, you About the Company: This is a vibrant, entrepreneurial growing business; designing and manufacturing their own brands in the fashion, accessories, gifting and more and are affordable yet more luxury feel Their route to market is through retailers globally as well as direct to the consumer via eCommerce, for which there is a team you will work alongside Continually growing organically, this business is not letting Brexit alter their direction or plans This is such a great business for someone where cultural fit is key and you enjoy being in the office every day and being part of a close-knit, motivated team One of the key benefits of joining a growing brand, rather than a corporate is how agile they are, you can reactive to the market very, very quickly and you'll be a much bigger fish About the Overall Objective: To support the eCommerce team on delivering frictionless front end experience in order to increase AOV (average order value) and sales/turnover and profit About the Responsibilities: Working in a team of 6, frontend focused but highly competent using a website content management systems, you will be passionate about promoting our products with love, care and attention to detail. You will work with Marketing and Design teams to merchandise new and existing products and categories You will need to understand and utilise insight from analytical tools to deliver effortless customer journeys, identify bestsellers, underperforming and high stock lines and provide a VM approach that maximises sales You will be the point of contact for all front end enquiries, liaising with other departments to deliver an online proposition that fully supports the brand and helps us to achieve ambitious business goals Ensuring products are merchandised to an exceptional standard, with on-brand photography and copy communicating key and relevant sales messages to consumers Ensuring all product taxonomy, categorisation and meta-data is present and correct and that products are on-boarded and removed in a timely manner Monitoring and improving conversion, AOVs and retention Mapping user journeys through each website to improve the customer experience Ensuring that stock levels and pricing is up-to-date at all times Supporting marketing activity and campaigns, including email Assisting with reporting and website analytics using tools such as GA, GTM, HotJar etc… About the Requirements: This role is ideal for an up and coming commercially minded eCommerce Visual Merchandiser from retail This will probably be your second or third job following university (or experience equivalent) Ecommerce experience essential Ideally CMS Magento experience - not essential as long as you are good with systems It would be an advantage if you are from accessories, gifting, beauty etc. About the Person: Both creative and analytical in equal measure you will have a strong eye for design and detail Able to deal with multiple tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy Highly attentive with a keen eye for detail Computer literate with excellent Excel skills You will be commercially aware with strong business acumen Personable, will fit well with the existing team - every single person I've interacted with here are all very helpful, welcoming, motivated and non-hierarchical Confident, upbeat personality About the Package: £25,000 - £30,000 base salary, possibly £1-2k more Pension 20 days holiday statutory bank holidays, (non-negotiable).
