You will work with Marketing and Design teams to merchandise new and existing products and categories You will need to understand and utilise insight from analytical tools to deliver effortless customer journeys, identify bestsellers, underperforming and high stock lines and provide a VM approach that maximises sales You will be the point of contact for all front end enquiries, liaising with other departments to deliver an online proposition that fully supports the brand and helps us to achieve ambitious business goals Ensuring products are merchandised to an exceptional standard, with on-brand photography and copy communicating key and relevant sales messages to consumers Ensuring all product taxonomy, categorisation and meta-data is present and correct and that products are on-boarded and removed in a timely manner Monitoring and improving conversion, AOVs and retention Mapping user journeys through each website to improve the customer experience Ensuring that stock levels and pricing is up-to-date at all times Supporting marketing activity and campaigns, including email Assisting with reporting and website analytics using tools such as GA, GTM, HotJar etc… About the Requirements: This role is ideal for an up and coming commercially minded eCommerce Visual Merchandiser from retail This will probably be your second or third job following university (or experience equivalent) Ecommerce experience essential Ideally CMS Magento experience - not essential as long as you are good with systems It would be an advantage if you are from accessories, gifting, beauty etc. About the Person: Both creative and analytical in equal measure you will have a strong eye for design and detail Able to deal with multiple tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy Highly attentive with a keen eye for detail Computer literate with excellent Excel skills You will be commercially aware with strong business acumen Personable, will fit well with the existing team - every single person I've interacted with here are all very helpful, welcoming, motivated and non-hierarchical Confident, upbeat personality About the Package: £25,000 - £30,000 base salary, possibly £1-2k more Pension 20 days holiday statutory bank holidays, (non-negotiable).
