Overview
Assistant Property Manager £24,000pa-£28,000pa Rubix Recruitment has been instructed on a position within an established office to grow within the block management team. Due to internal progression, this position has become available to support the current Property Manager’s on their portfolio. Our client is an established business that pride themselves on their prime stock within central-West London. All of the property management team are only instructed with a few hundred units to manage to ensure that customer service is always at the forefront of the business. You will support the team and be trained up on all of the processes within property management so that you can eventually progress with the business too. I’m looking for someone with the following skills-set: Experience in leasehold IRPM qualifications Previous experience within property management Customer service experience Heavily career focused Highly organised Rubix Recruitment are a leading block management specialist.
