As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include: - Generating leads using multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn to conduct research and business development. - Following up on leads on the phone and booking people onto events. - Assisting with marketing and being involved with the creation of landing pages and social media campaigns. - Establishing rapport and building relationships with potential clients. - Being a brand ambassador for the company. - Producing weekly reports of leads and event bookings. - Working closely with the line manager to coordinate their diary for both business and personal appointments, organising travel, planning for upcoming meetings and following up/taking action. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant who has the following skills and experiences: - Knowledge of and the ability to use/explore alternative channels (LinkedIn, social media etc) to generate event bookings. - Previous experience in a telesales, sales, marketing, appointment making role would be highly beneficial. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment. - To be tenacious, resilient, outgoing and self-motivated. - Willingness to work hard both as an individual and as part of a team. In return, a Sales & Marketing Assistant will receive a salary of £18,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus commission.
