Overview
Commercial Lawyer This is a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join what is arguably one of the best law firms in Bristol. The Commercial department of this Top 50 UK Law firm is ranked by the Legal 500 and undertakes a high volume of complex transactions on behalf of high profile clients, notably in the energy, food and beverages, hotels and leisure, and education sectors. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional levels of client care you will be required to manage a busy and varied caseload of Commercial matters including but not limited to; Commercial Joint Ventures, Service Agreements, Consumer Contracts and Sale and Purchase terms and conditions. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience, you will possess excellent academics and be technically very strong. You will currently be at a good standing firm and be comfortable with providing expert legal advice to a varied mix important clients. As is standard you will be required to proactively participate in business development and marketing activities in addition to your fee earning responsibilities.
