A Specialist Insurance Broker with substantial growth plans and an already established brand name is currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive within their Bristol office. The chosen candidate will be highly target driven with a career progression with the company will lead to being an Account Broker, and potentially onto Directorship. This is an outbound sales focused position so an excellent telephone manner is essential. My client is able to offer fantastic career prospects for those looking to establish and develop a career within the Insurance Industry. Responsibilities You will be responsible for lead generation and gathering insurance renewal dates for key sectors of business A purely outbound telephone sales role generating leads from the company database Uphold the professional nature of the company whilst looking to enhance the brand name of the company at all times Skills You will need a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to succeed You will need to thrive in a target orientated environment Experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, telesales, charity fund raising, outbound calling is essential.
