Overview
We are excited to be working with this forward thinking Employee Benefits focussed company that have a fresh and people centric approach to their market. Joining a newly formed team you will work closelywith their partners and Clients, building excellent relationships in order to maximise sales opportunities. You will need to have a good understanding of all insurance products and services in order to fully to maximise business and sales targets. As this is a telephone based role you’ll need to be skilled at building quick rapport with prospective and existing Clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and maximise sales opportunities and take the appropriate steps to secure the business Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct client new business calls to provide suitable recommendations in line with the compliance and salesprocesses Converting leads when provided to a pre-agreed conversion rate Work alongside Insurance companies and utilise their technology to develop a slick and efficient quoting and application service. Work closely with all introducers to maximise new business opportunities to employee benefits Liaise with our insurance partners to produce campaigns via mail shots, e-shots and the website to generate new business opportunities Ensure all company procedures and guidelines are adhered to Ensure that all calls made are in line with financial conduct authority regulations What we are looking for: You’ll Ideally be experienced in a target driven telephone based environment, where your success speaks for itself. Superb communication skills, driven, proactive and meticulous You’ll need to be results orientated, organised and good time management is a MUST. You’ll demonstrate your ability to build effective internal and external working relationships, formulate and present solutions despite the odds and remain focused with a 'Can do’ attitude.
