Overview
Billings Assistant - Our client is a dynamic, high profile media business with a global client base and a friendly team. As part of their growth plans, a permanent role has become available for a Billings Assistant to join its finance department. The role reports to the Financial Controller and works closely with the sales team and the Credit Controller. Duties include: Ensuring sales invoices are correctly generated and dispatched Checking the sales teams' monthly commission Various reconciliations Credit checking Maintaining correct records for all invoices raised Posting sales journals and invoice posting to Sage Reconciling files for each project or revenue stream. Dealing with customer invoice queries The position will suit someone with at least 1 years' experience in billings and general accounts exposure as well as strong communication and IT skills.
