Overview
My Client is looking for experienced Adult Social Workers for various terams across the Authority. This includes a Complex Assessment Team for 3 months initially (rolling contract), 37 hours a week: Interested candidates will: Undertake support plan reviews in order to identify efficiency's and potential reductions in the package costs. Have experience of assessment, support planning and reviews. Have experience of negotiating with providers and identifying areas where efficiency savings can be made. Risk assessment will be a necessary function within this process. If successful you can expect the following; Start ASAP 37 hours per week 3 month contract initially with view to roll on At Caritas we offer all our locums a dedicated personal and professional service with free DBS check.
