Regional Manager Adults with Learning Disabilities North East £35- £40k I am currently recruiting on behalf of an established provider who offer support services for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions across the north This exciting role would be to support the managers within existing services and develop new services across the North East To be successful in this role you must; Have multi-site experience working within adult provisions Be passionate about providing high quality care Be able to develop and maintain relationships across all levels with multiple professionals, local authorities and families Use relationships to develop and grow existing services Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all relevant legislation and requirements associated with CQC Have multisite experience within a similar setting With this role you will become part of a provider who pride themselves in high quality, person centred care.
