The service is delivered around Essex for home maintenance and focuses on supporting recovery, stabilisation and confidence building, ensuring that your needs are met and agreed outcomes are achieved. Community Care Assistant – South West- Billericay, Wickford, Brentwood, Basildon and Surroundings areas Full and part time hours available (between 7am – 11pm, 7 days per week) ECL are the leading provider of care and support services across Essex, West Sussex and Havering. This is an exciting time to join ECL as we look to grow our provision of short term care and support in the county. As a Community Care Assistant, you will support our customers to become as independent as possible so they can play full and active roles in their communities. The service includes a range of roles working in a multi-disciplinary approach and through this will help avoid unnecessary admissions and delayed discharges from hospital, promote independence in people’s own homes, and ensure that people have greater choice and control over their longer term care and support. As this role requires travel around the community, a car driver with their own vehicle is essential.
