Health Care Assistant Kingfishers, New Milton Up to £10.88 per hour, including all enhancements Pay breakdown: Basic Pay Rate: £8.56 per hour £1.50 p/h weekend enhancement Enhancements for an NVQ or Diploma Level qualification in Health & Social Care are paid as follows: NVQ 2 additional 56p per hour, OR NVQ 3 additional 82p per hour Contracts are offered as 24 or 36 hours per week (minimum) split over two or three shifts of 12 hours each. Shorter shifts (6 hours per shift) may be available. The rota will include alternate weekends and further earning opportunities through overtime.
