Job Description
Madisons Recruitment are actively recruiting for a Care Assistant to work in a care home located in New Milton, Hampshire on a permanent basis. We are looking for experienced, hardworking, and empathetic Care Assistant who is passionate about their career and can create positive relationships with our client's residents and their families. Care Assistant job role: * Provide care to a range of vulnerable individuals * Support residents with mobility, moving and handling * Ensure all residents individual health and wellbeing needs are met at all times * Applying your previous experience to a range of varied patient cases * To provide leadership to the care functions of The Home * To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time. Care Assistant requirements: * Medication Trained * Maintain the ability to work on your own initiative * Be a caring individual and ensure residents feel calm * Kind and compassionate, open and honest approach * Accountable references * Minimum 3 months experience within a care home * DBS required * NVQ Level 2 and 3 desierable. Other Care Assistant Information: * The role is for an immediate start * Hourly salary will depend on rates. * 36- or 48-hour contracts available. * Over rates available We are recruiting immediately.
