Mail Gore Grange, New Milton 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday Salary 22,200 per annum We are a non-profit organisation and a leading provider of community care services this exciting new position will help us to achieve and deliver our business targets to support future growth within the organisation. As a Scheme Manager you will be based at the Extra Care scheme, and manage the day to day running of the service.You will also be expected to respond to unplanned care requirements. In addition you will maintain effective relationships with the Schemes Registered Manager to ensure the service works seamlessly with all stakeholders involved in delivering this service. You will be able to provide a flexible and innovative approach to care delivery and be able to lead a team of care workers to provide high quality, compassion based person centered care and support which will include outcome based person centered care planning. If you are an organised, pro-active person with experience of managing staff, excellent administration skills and willing to provide practical support to your team then this could be your ideal opportunity. Preferably you will have an NVQ 3 in a care related field or at least be working towards this qualification. Experience of working with older people, and people with dementia together with an understanding of the issues facing our customers is essential.
