Overview
This is an opening with a growing PR and creative consultancy, based in the heart of Manchester that provides senior-level support to a wide berth of clients, across an eclectic mix of clients that spans HR, technology, professional services, the public sector, and the third sector. The role It's a great opportunity to accelerate your career by working closely with a team of senior practitioners in a friendly and supportive environment. The work covers all forms of the PR and digital mix, and you have the added advantage of having the support of an experienced team of PR practitioners around you. Projects will be varied, ranging from media relations and thought leadership content to integrated marketing, board-level advisory support and change management communications. You'll play a key role in helping deliver integrated campaigns for a diverse client base spanning technology, professional services, corporate finance and social impact. As the digital PR sector continues to grow and evolve it is important that applicants have a real passion for the industry and are personally motivated to keep up to date with the latest trends. Working closely with other members of the team, you will create and implement online and offline PR programmes, and oversee the delivery of sophisticated online and social content. The work and projects are diverse which will make the role interesting as well as adding value to your skills and personal development. What we're looking for The client is open to considering applications from account managers looking for more of a hands-on role in a smaller team, which is growing year on year. It is envisaged that you will have 3 - 4 years relevant expertise, ideally with consultancy experience but more important is your ability to combine PR and sophisticated online content. Without a doubt, this is a hands-on role and we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, and will immerse themselves in their subject matter and is keen to work on briefs involving innovative organisations, complex scenarios and change management/transformation programmes.
