REMOTE / HOME WORKING until further notice Given the current situation, we are looking for candidates who have the ability to remotely work whilst the current safeguarding is in place. All recruitment and training will be conducted online. Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative (Weekend only) Location:Cosham, Portsmouth Job Type: Part-time - 16 HOUR TO 26 HOURS REQUIRED Salary: Starting salary of £6k depending on the number of hours This role is for an established family built company who specialise in handling inbound calls and emails for a variety of businesses, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer Service is at the heart of our organisation. Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an extension of our client's business. The position provides: - Variety of calls - Responding to calls on behalf of a number of businesses in the property sector you will be receiving emergency breakdown and reactive maintenance calls. - Staff Required to work weekends only- shifts will include Saturday and Sunday.
