If you are an experienced Private Client Legal Executive with a breadth of knowledge in the sector, and who is keen to develop your professional reputation in a forward thinking firm, we have the position for you A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Private Client Legal Executive to join an established and bustling law firm based in Frodsham. The firm is seeking an experienced Private Client fee earner who is organised, self-motivated and wants to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment, with an eye for longevity. The Private Client team is close-knit and so a team player is essential for the role The firm is looking for a new team member with an established reputation for fantastic client service and sound advice. The successful candidate must have the ability to handle a variety of different tasks ranging from will drafting, administration of estates, preparation of estate accounts, dealing with drafting deeds of variation all related taxation issues and drafting deeds of variation. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 year's experience as well as be STEP qualified or working towards it.
