Overview
Technical Co-ordinator - New Build Housing -Birmingham I am looking to source an experienced Design/Technical Co-ordinator for a Birmingham based housing developer. You will be responsible for ensuring the progression of schemes from land appraisal stage to physical start on site. You will control and co-ordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments, to ensure all approvals are obtained and information received is issued, in addition to supporting at site level.
