Dynamics CRM Support Analyst London £30,000 - £40,000 We are looking for a Dynamics CRM Support Analyst to p rovide Tier 1 support; including logging, managing, investigating and resolving requests through from creation to closure within MS Dynamics CRM. The Dynamics CRM Support Analyst should b e fully engaged in the scheduled managed delivery of ongoing projects, such as deployments and minor change requests, be able to provide support to developers and consultants as required and help as technical bridge between Service Delivery and developers & consultants. Dynamics CRM Support Analyst Skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM /365 (CRM versions: 2011/2013/2015/2016/365) Software Support and Administration System configuration and customization User training and guidance As Dynamics CRM Support Analyst, you will be working with 3 rd party integrations tools such as bulk mailing, marketing automation & payment integration.
