Overview
Our Client is currently recruiting an Finance Operations Analyst to join the business on a 6 month fixed term contract. The Finance Operations Analyst would need to be a Qualified Accountant, have strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities. Duties of the Finance Operations Analyst include: ·Implement and establish operational financial metrics ·Drive efficient, accurate and timely KPI reporting. ·Business growth integrations ·Helping to develop capacity, project profitability and utilisation reporting ·Assisting in developing appropriate cost rates and reviewing pricing ·Liaise across all levels, building relationships, stakeholder management and influencing outcomes. ·Helping to drive the implementation and reporting of KPI’s ·Embrace new challenges and are prepared to take initiative ·Liaising with the group operations functions to ensure group operations initiatives are well communicated, appropriately managed and implemented within a timely basis ·Providing any other operational and financial support to the FD as required Skills of the Finance Operations Analyst include: ·Sound academic record ·Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA); minimum 2 years post qualification experience in a relevant corporate function, pharma or agency background preferred ·Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities ·Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task ·Strong Excel and IT skills ·Self-starter, enthusiastic and personable with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation (from the least experienced to senior management) ·Compelling written and oral communication skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89802336
