Geoff King at RBW Consulting is recruiting for a junior Statistical Programmer to join one of Europe’s largest early phase CROs offering support to biotech and pharmaceutical companies in their Phase 1 and early Phase 2 trials. This position will be based in West London with 2-3 days home working flexibility. A very exciting role for an entry level SAS Programmer with around 1 years SAS Programming experience in Life Sciences or the Financial Industry this organisation are renowned for training and development in the perfect environment to learn about the drug development and clinical trial industry. Main duties & responsibilities: Planning, developing and validating SAS programs CDSIC SDTM mapping and programming Creation of SDTM, SDRG, Define.xml Review and QC of CDISC related files. Ad-hoc programming to support database QC and validation Data interrogation and exploratory data analysis Input into process improvement Maintenance of in-house programming standards Communication with clients and team members Key requirements: Educated to degree level within a computing, science or mathematical subject 1 years' SAS programming experience, within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably Phase I Knowledge of CDISC standards including SDTM, SDRG and define.xml advantageous Hands-on experience manipulating data using SAS Excellent written and verbal communication A clear thinker with a logical approach Hard-working with a positive attitude Aptitude for learning and developing your skill set To find out more about this fantastic opportunity or to discuss other open positions which may be of interest please contact Geoff King on 44 (0) 1293 584 300 and send your CV through using the apply button on this page.
