Our client is looking for a Statistical Programmer II (office or Home based) to join their dynamic and exciting team. Location: Office based in Reading, or home based across the UK or Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Greece, Poland or Hungary). They offer: * Competitive salary * Flexible working options * Very competitive benefits package * Excellent career development opportunities Role Responsibilities: * Programming of QC checks for source data * Develop statistical programs for the creation of TFL's, analysis datasets and transfer files for internal and external clients * Develop programming specifications * Provide mentoring and trainings Person Specification: * Good knowledge of SAS and SAS macros * Take strong individual initiative, show dedication to quality and present excellent organization skills * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients * Demonstrate deep knowledge of relevant Data Standards (such as CDISC/ADaM) * Good leadership, communication, delegation, negotiation and organisational skills * Able to manage multiple tasks and projects
