We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Statistical Programmer with a leading Global CRO whose main focus is to bring life changing drugs and therapies to market faster. Location: Office based in Reading, or home based across the UK or Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Greece, Poland or Hungary). They offer: * Competitive salary - annually reviewed * 8% annual bonus * Flexible working options * Very competitive benefits package * Extensive training and development leading to excellent career development opportunities Role Responsibilities: * Programming of QC checks for source data * Develop statistical programs for the creation of TFL's, analysis datasets and transfer files for internal and external clients * Develop programming specifications * Provide mentoring and trainings Person Specification: * Good knowledge of SAS and SAS macros * Take strong individual initiative, show dedication to quality and present excellent organization skills * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients * Demonstrate deep knowledge of relevant Data Standards (such as CDISC/ADaM) * Good leadership, communication, delegation, negotiation and organisational skills * Able to manage multiple tasks and projects
