As a Client Relationship Manager · Working with recruitment agencies or in house recruitment teams, you'll make sure they get up and running smoothly, provide ongoing training and be their go-to person for any queries they have about the software. · This position is all about building quality, lasting relationships with your contacts. · Taking ownership of an account base post-sale, maintaining contact and increasing engagement · Carrying out demos and training, both via webinars and face to face sessions · Dealing with incoming support queries via telephone, email and live chat · Providing the Product Team with user feedback to improve the service offering · Helping colleagues, working as a team to succeed To be successful as a Client Relationship Manager · Experience of inhouse or agency recruitment as a resourcer, talent acquisition, recruitment consultant, or similar · Degree educated · Confident IT Skills · Excellent communications and presentation skills Client Relationship Manager Salary & Benefits · Basic salary up to £26,000, · Quarterly bonus · 30 days holidays Bank Holidays · Onsite Gym & Bar · Flexitime with early Friday finishes · Opportunities for international travel · Study support · A clear progression structure with impressive salary increases This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89795253
