Job Description Please note the working hours for this role are 05:00 to 13:00 and 06:00 to 14:00 Ensure registration occurs with a high level of accuracy - including registration details and testing Ensure registration occurs enabling the laboratory to function efficiently Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with ISO17025 and the Quality Management System where relevant Ensuring all company procedures are adhered to and support the development of Health and Safety culture on the site Aid performance efficiencies to deliver continuous improvement in on time delivery, customer service, quality and health and safety Ensure any deviations from the method or documented protocol are recorded as Non-Conforming work Along with senior members of your team ensure that all tasks are scheduled to provide an accurate and timely service to the laboratory and the clients Monitor production KPIs on a daily basis and take immediate action to resolve any issues that may impact performance keeping the Laboratory Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager and Client facing teams informed of any issues that may alter agreed timescales or could compromise compliance Qualifications GCSE in Maths and English Practical knowledge of commercial laboratory operation Proven experience of practical application of Sample Registration. Effective communication skills both written and oral. High level of attention to detail.
