Overview

We are fully FCA licensed, and we are looking to add to our expanding team. This opportunity doesn’t involve any cold calling, you will be working with clients who have enquired to have support with financial difficulty. This role will involve fact finding and you will be ethical and customer-centric in everything you do. You will be in an excellent working environment and team culture, with your working week being only 4.5 days and no weekends. Key Duties and Responsibilities Speaking with people who have made applications to the business, gathering relevant information and present Bridgewater Finance Group’s financial solutions to the customer. Inform and educate customers on available financial services Performance/Knowledge/Competencies Experience of working in a fast paced office environment Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude Good administrative skills Flexibility in terms of hours of work Empathic.
