Overview
Do you thrive in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment? Are you available immediately? If so, we want to speak with you Our rapidly growing Client, based in Solihull, are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team on a temporary to permanent basis. Working hours will be on a shift basis, between the hours of 8am - 7pm, including 1 in 3 Saturdays. Duties: Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Transferring calls to the relevant department, as and when necessary. Working to daily call targets and KPIs. Ensuring all relevant information is logged onto the database. Assisting with customers’ queries in a timely manner. Requirements: Must be available immediately. Previous experience within a retail or contact centre environment. Ability to work to targets and deadlines. Strong telephone manner. Package: £8.25 per hour. Free parking. Modern office environment. Progression actively supported.
