Overview

As HR Advisor, you will take a lead role to provide advice to team members within the HR Shared Services team. HR Generalist issues that may arise amongst stakeholders relating to employee relations, performance management and recruitment across all UK and international locations. Travel will be required between two locations in London initially until mid year. Client Details You will be working in a fast-paced Media environment. Exposure to the Media and/or Technology Sector would be advantageous. Description As HR Advisor for this Media Company in London, you will be working in a fast-paced , environment and you will have had previous knowledge of having worked in an HR Shared Services environment. The key duties will be as follows: Jointly accountable for the day-to-day workload of the HR Shared Services team Support, advise and guide all aspects of employee relations issues Process new starters, leavers across all global locations Build effective working relationships and credibility with key stakeholders and employees across the business. Profile The successful HR Advisor will have the following skills and attributes: Prior exposure to the Media and/or Technology sector would be advantageous. Sound knowledge and practical application of current UK employment law, procedures and processes with good knowledge of advising on, implementing and improving these areas Knowledge of coaching and mentoring other team members within a HR shared Services environment Advanced knowledge of MS Office and IT literacy particularly within Excel (V-look Ups, Pivot Tables) Exceptional organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
