Overview
IT Service Desk Analyst is required to cover the night shift (11pm to 7am) for a leading supplier to the Health Sector based in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will ideally have previous helpdesk experience and will have a good knowledge of Windows operating systems and an excellent telephone manner. Essential skills: - IT Support / Service Desk or Helpdesk experience is preferred. - Prepared to work the night shift. - A good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems - Strong Networking skills - An excellent telephone manner is required.
