Requirements This role will be customer focused, providing a comprehensive HR Business Partnering service to the organisation. You will be responsible for a full range of human resources activities, and work in partnership with the business by providing advice, assistance and follow-up on all company policies and projects. Experience of working in a similar role, with proven success, with sound knowledge of Human Resources best practice and employment legislation. Must be able to demonstrate ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage a complex workload. A focus on learning and development will also be an essential part of this role. CIPD qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a HR Business Partner.
