Overview
4 week Band 6 HR Advisor role, for an NHS organisation in Central London. ASAP start, paying £23-£25 per hour. Your new company You will be working for an NHS organisation in Central London, as an interim Band 6 HR Advisor, on a 4 week basis to cover sickness. The role is full time, 37 hours per week, paying £23 PAYE or £25 Umbrella per hour. Your new role You will report to the HR Business Partner, in an organisation of 350 staff, managing an ER caseload of circa 5-10 cases across sickness and grievance. You will be first point of contact for all queries, and will also advise on job evaluation. What you'll need to succeed You must be an experienced HR Advisor, with strong ER experience through working in the NHS. What you'll get in return You will be paid weekly and the role may be extended beyond the 4 week stage.
