Overview
We have this exciting development role based in a financial institution based in Central London. The bank is currently expanding, with new offices opening up in Europe and the London department expanding alongside to facilitate growth. As a Developer/Analyst Programmer, you will use your extensive VB.Net and SQL skills to provide programming, technical and operational support across this financial institution. Additionally, you will maintain and support their in-house systems and work closely with their dedicated team to support business applications. Key responsibilities as a Developer/Analyst Programmer: Contribute to projects in a collaborative .NET environment. Liaise with all of the business, consultancy firms, head office and internal stakeholders of all levels. Gain expert knowledge on all banking products. Support and maintain in house business applications. Undertake application report writing. Key skills of a Developer/Analyst Programmer Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Computing, Development etc.). Strong commercial experience within application development in a professional environment to include .Net, VB.Net and C#.NET Strong knowledge of SQL Databases, SSIS Packages and SSRS reports.
