Overview
Do you love delivering an outstanding customer experience and want to use these skills in an IT environment? Then this is the role for you Working for a Lancashire based retailer, you will work as part of the Retail IT Support Desk team, assisting with all internal and external IT related queries. You will log information onto a database for call analysis and to share with other team members, liaising with the wider IT team to diagnose issues and ensure fixes or workarounds are found as quickly as possible. You’ll be responsible for keeping customers updated as to the progress of their query and through time will develop a good understanding of software and hardware relevant to the organisation. Location: Preston, PR2 Salary: Competitive Hours: 38 hours per week on a rota basis covering the hours of 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays on a rota basis.
