Overview

HR Business Partner OA Executive is delighted to have partnered with one of our long-standing key clients based in London. They are logistics experts and are at present looking to expand their HR team. Responsibilities will include, but not be subjected to the following; Work in partnership with the assigned businesses to analyse trends and key metrics to understand performance, objectives and drivers Advise on and manage organisational change Working closely with the HR Advisor, identify and scope business recruitment needs in partnership with managers Review offers of employment and contracts for client group before they are sent Identify significant people risks and manage ER cases To support the Head of HR with defining and implementing the HR Strategy Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and HR best practice, coordinating with the Head of HR and with the HR Advisor who is responsible for the ongoing review of HR policies, documentation, processes and procedures to maintain legal compliance Work with Head of HR to formulate an effective short term and long-term people strategy in line with business objectives Lead on assigned HR initiatives in line with HR strategy This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to work as part of close-knit HR team who are based in a friendly, professional and social working environment. To be successful in your application we are looking to hear from proven HR professionals who are CIPD Level 7 who have strong and up to date knowledge and experience of Employment Law and general legislation. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing policies and procedures within a HR department. Global exposure is highly desirable. You must be highly proactive and organised in your approach. You'll have the ability to grow solid relationships with stakeholders, have strong numerical and analytical skills and solid experience of using HR systems effectively. If you're able to keep calm under pressure, with a common-sense approach and a willingness to have a go at anything this role would be ideal for you.
