Overview
We are recruiting for a Global high growth PE Tech business who are looking for a strong Group FP&A Manager. This person will work with the Global CFO, Director of Corporate Development Manager and the Head of Group FP&A on a number of different tasks. This role will pay £80,000-90,000 share options 10% Bonus. This is a unique business that is probably 12-18 months away from IPO. The business has already gone through all of the IPO readiness exercises to get them ready for this event. This is a sole contributor role, but a team underneath could grow in time. Responsibilities will include owning the Group Budget process, the financial plan and all the modelling that goes into a role like this. The Group model will be held by this person and this person will work with strategic partners and investors on bespoke analysis. On a monthly basis, this person will be completing the financial and operational performance analysis. This person will be working on key investment papers for the board. The role extends to client segmentation, pricing analysis, geographic analysis for each of the business units. Then it’s the why behind all of this. Why are trends happening, explanations, recommendations, actions? Needs to be someone who is collaborative, driven, but also humble. Someone who is quick with excel, but has the interpersonal skills to deliver presentations if required. The ideal person will be ACA/CIMA or ACCA qualified with a strong track record in Group FP&A, looking to move away from the Corporate world, where decisions are made quickly, or from a high growth tech environment. This person must have a high degree of curiosity and be able to think on their feet.
