Temporary administrator opportunity for public sector organisation Client Details Our client is a public sector organisation based in Blackpool who are seeking a an experienced administrator to join their team on a 3 month temporary contract. The client is looking for thoughtful, organised and strong resilience individuals to add to their administration team. Description Duties will include but are not limited to: general administrative duties; first point of contact for guests; adhoc reception cover; booking and maintaining meetings; data entry; responding to telephone and email queries and supporting different departments; liasing with contractors to complete administrative duties. Profile The successful candidate will have/be: Excellent IT skills Confident at data input Strong communication and customer service skills Be immediately available Ability to work as part of a team Ability to empathise and deal with sensitive matters is important Good resilience Experience of dealing with sensitive situations Job Offer Administrator temporary £19,000-£21,000 weekly pay public sector Blackpool temporary to permanent career opportunities
