Overview

Our client is a fast growing technology based business and has built a market leading position in the provision of energy data and services with a proven track record for constant innovation. They currently have over 3.5k customers, employs over 200 people, with people based at our premises in Horley and Blackpool, and in addition we have a field-based team across the UK. They are looking for a part time Energy Services Coordinator to join the busy scheduling team in Blackpool. Candidates must be professional and articulate with an excellent telephone manner, eye for detail, organisation skills and have an Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Ideally candidates will have already worked withina Customer Services environment and have experience of working in a targeted environment. Tasks in this role include: o Establish and record client contacts and site locations for allocated work Effectively plan Installers appointments and manage Installers diaries Review and understand workload provided on a daily/weekly basis and provide Service Delivery Coordinator with outcome of days’ workload Manage time effectively to optimise number of appointments booked Source contact details and site locations using search engines and historical site visit data Personal attributes required: Excellent organisation skills Strong, clear communication skills Experience of working in a targeted environment Attention to detail is paramount Flexible, helpful and enthusiastic approach Experience required: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook Relevant customer service and administration experience If this role sounds of interest, and you wish to see a job spec, please give one of our consultants a call at Specialist Recruit or apply online Please note a consultant at Specialist Recruit will be in touch with you regarding your application should you be suitable for the role.
