Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Part time HR Administrator to join my client in Blackpool. The successful candidate will either be CIPD Level 3 or studying towards Level 3. The part time hours will be flexible for the right person as well as your CIPD studies being funded. The Role: The HR Administrator will create and introduce new systems and processes, managing employee contracts of approximately 80 permanent staff. You will also look after all future employees' documentation and their on-boarding process. Creating and updating contracts Monitoring and updating holidays, sickness and absence. Keeping employee files and HR systems up to date Monitoring the new starter and leavers process, taking action as necessary Handling reference requests Administrative activities in connection with ad hoc HR Projects Working to improve employee records and administrative and HR processes This is a brand new role for my client with responsibility for ensuring systems and records are accurate and up to date. You will need to be extremely organised and be confident, being the only member of the HR function. Therefore, previous HR experience is desired.
