Sales and Customer Service Advisor Manchester City Centre £22k basic OTE £35-60k We work with some of the biggest names in the motor industry and aim to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service whilst being able to reach and exceed our targets. We are all about providing a professional service to our customers whilst taking every opportunity to maximise on sales opportunities. Calling up customers to assess their situation and get a full understanding of their circumstances Asking open questions and offering the relevant product based on this Updating the systems with accuracy Working to deliver the highest levels of customers service ensuring regulations and compliance are always paramount Delivering on all company targets and KPIS What do we need from you?
