We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our fast-growing company. You would be providing front line support to the business based in London and with occasional support for the Hong Kong and DC office. The ability to explain complex solutions to intricate problems and communicate effectively is key in this role. You would also be customer oriented and have the patience to deal with difficult queries and personalities. What you would be doing: Front line support – answering calls and emails from members of staff and providing initial guidance Logging all issues raised and providing end users updates on their support issues Work with 3rd party suppliers on more complex problems before escalating to the System Administrator Maintain IT team documentation in coordination with the IT manager Ensure all IT services in meeting rooms are tested on a regular basis Ensure all desks have fully functional IT and telephone equipment Physical assembly of new computers and IT equipment including network cabling Phone system support User inductions and training on Microsoft and 3rd party products Requirements What we are looking for: At least a year’s experience in first line support on Windows platform Proven experience with desktop computer assembly and Microsoft Windows and Office package Experience or knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2013 and above, Office 365 services, Windows 10, web browsers – IE / Chrome, GoToMeeting Experience supporting a business network Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with staff at all levels of the business Experience with Mac support, user training, thin client / RDS would be beneficial In return we can offer you a rewarding career with personal and professional development in addition to a competitive salary with an excellent benefits package that includes: 25 days holiday Private healthcare Cycle to Work scheme Season ticket loan Gym membership Pension Life Assurance To apply, please send your CV and cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this role via the link below.
