Are you a graduate looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for vibrant company based in Leicester City Centre? We are currently recruiting a team of Customer Service Specialist's for a company based in the City Centre. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am -5pm 37.5 hours per week. Our client is keen to appoint flexible, energetic adaptable individuals that are happy to work hard when required and manage a good work life balance with this role. There will be opportunities to progress within the company. We’re looking for caring, patient and personable people to join their Office Team. You will be responsible for problem solving a range of different customer queries and providing an excellent Customer Service to their client base, whilst consistently maintaining a friendly, positive, and innovative approach. Ideally they are looking have at least one year's previous experience in a similar setting, eager to learn, ready to pick things up, and have a real interest in delivering outstanding customer service.
