Job Role and Responsibilities: - To provide strategic support to CEO and the business leaders in all matters concerning Human Resources - To provide leadership and direction to the Regional HR teams and central HR functions - To lead and support the development and implementation of HR policies across the organization - To provide overview and direction to the Regional HR teams to develop, co-ordinate, implement and audit all HR activities in the regions - To lead the Human Resources practices and objectives in order to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity standards and goal orientation - To oversee all human resource management activities within the organization in alignment with overall business strategy with focus on: Organisational Culture Talent Acquisition Compensation & Benefits Talent Management Organisational Learning & Development Technology enablement of HR HR systems, processes and policies - To enable the company build sustainable competitive advantage that help differentiate the company from its competitors through innovative and best HR practices - To oversee vendor management plan (agency hires) and management of third- party manpower by region HR - To develop and ensure implementation of business-focused HR metrics Experience: Extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources with multicultural exposure and experience in managing teams. Deep understanding of setting up HR systems, structures and process from scratch. Demonstrated experience of having worked in a HR leadership role across Europe (East & West both), North America and Asia. The candidate should have a solid experience of Payroll function, in country labour laws, employment contracts and other critical areas to be able to guide the organization across countries in the above-mentioned regions. Knowledge & Key Skills: Organizational awareness and knowledge of HR Best practices & toolkits, holistic approach with an understanding of market trends and best practices, High level of integrity and stability, Excellent Leadership Qualification: College Degree or equivalent is a must have and masters or specialised degree or equivalent would be good to have
