Job; (Tech) Product Manager - Cardiff & Remote This company partners with ambitious non-technical founders and supports them with tools, expertise and scale to build highly successful technology companies. They are creating an entirely new category of company that is part agency, part accelerator, part VC and part incubator. Due to continued expansion they are seeking a technology-savvy Product Manager to join their growing team. Fun stuff you'll be doing; Managing a team of exceedingly good developers to ensure delivery of high-quality tech products, Liaising with clients to ensure they are fully informed on all decisions you are making, Working closely with their wider Product Management team to control SPRINT plans and determine cadence, Communicating to internal/external stakeholders in an engaging fashion, Immersing yourself across multiple products in various domains, no two projects are the same, Writing user stories through conventional techniques such as behaviour driven development plan and determine cadence, Identifying real solutions to real problems using lean and agile techniques, What they need and what you have; A curious mind with a passion for learning and a keen interest in tech, An ability to efficiently manage resources and track multiple projects simultaneously, An ability to identify, interpret and manage stakeholder requests and expectations, Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, Risk management experience to minimise and mitigate against harmful events, Experience working and liaising with a globally diverse set of stakeholders, Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage a busy workload and deliver to deadlines, Strategic approach backed by an analytical attention to details and underlying messages, An approachable facilitator who can communicate and engage with wide audiences, Other Stuff; £’s; fully DoE up to £65k benefits, Location; central Cardiff with a flexible option to work from home on Mondays & Fridays, Interested?
