Overview
Our client is looking for someone to assist the finance manager on a day to day basis running the accounts. Role Matching, checking and posting purchase invoices Producing payment reports Processing staff expenses ensuring received on time Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details Reconciliation of supplier statements Filing invoices Managing petty cash Data entry Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers Monitor accounts email address Run purchase orders reports General finance assistant Holiday cover for finance manager Skills Excellent communication skills Team player Self-disciplined and efficient Knowledge of Sage and BACS Experienced in Excel and Microsoft packages Demonstrable experience of bookkeeping Ability to work to deadlines Able to deal with foreign currency
