If so, this role could be just right for you Based within large, open plan offices in Small Heath, we're currently recruiting for a well established and growing company with an amazing opportunity available. The role itself will be joining a Finance Team with other Purchase Ledgers currently working within the same role to help to support their workforce. Day to day role: Assisting with the purchase ledger Processing supplier invoices and credit notes Checking invoices, matching purchase orders, coding and pricing Notifying relevant departments on any discrepancies Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues of any outstanding invoices Ensuring all purchase ledger accounts are up to date Supplier reconciliations Handling incoming calls and responding to emails They are looking for someone with a background in a similar capacity that can bring their previous skills into the role and really succeed So… what are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
